Figment are Sandy, Harvey and Chris: Bristol's own glam stoner, punk version of The Stones. They formed during an A-Level Psychology experiment in 2003: Chris heard about a talented bass player called Sandy and thought it would be cool to have a girl playing bass in the band. Unfortunately Sandy turned out to be a boy, but he was still a great bass player and so Figment were born. Things didn't work out with their first drummer. Luckily childhood friend Harvey was on hand to step in, firmly part of the John Bonham, Keith Moon, Animal from the Muppets tradition of wild men drummers he provided a perfect frenetic rhythm section to accompany Chris and Sandy's hard, melodic guitars.

Lovely, heavy, fuzzy songs nodding towards The White Stripes and The Rolling Stones, performed with slurry, sulky vocals, insolent swaggers and nasty growly antique guitars being elegantly massacred.
