Drawn from four corners of the UK, though they are based in Manchester, the four members of 3RD DAN - Rory Nellis (Lead Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards), Dan Josman (Guitar & Lead Vocals), Dan Skinner (Bass Guitar & Backing Vocals), Andy Norwood (Drums) - all ended up at University in Liverpool before an accidental meeting sparked a musical reaction that changed how they would live their lives.
Mirroring life’s contradictions, 3RD DAN’s music is filled with joy and angst, beautiful yet unnerving organ-soaked melodies amidst taut but supple rhythms. 3RD DAN’s message is an expression of life’s adventure – love, solitude, hope and fear.
The band are currently touring the UK promoting their debut EP 'Guess I Wanted More' (Honey Records).
