Three Dollar Box ($3 Box) are a 5 piece punk/grunge band from Dudley, West Midlands, England. The band formed in mid September 2004, at Dudley college.

Where all of the members are doing a BTEC in Popular Music Practice. The band first played together as a 4 piece, at the end of the first week of college, in what the college called 'Gig In A Day', were they performed a cover of 'Smells Like Teen Spirit', (Nirvana). After the first full college gig (a 60's nite) they decided to form the band propperly outside college as well as in it.
