Band Info

Acoustic Singer / Songwriter April Elizanbeth has been writing and composing for as long as she can remember. Life experiences and honest observations pepper her unique musical style. She enjoys numerous styles of music and is deeply inspired by the talents of (to name a few), Del Amitri, Sheryl Crow, Aretha Franklin and Kd Lang.

Originally from the West Midlands, UK, April attended John Moores University in Liverpool, she became a part of the citys thriving music scene; also performing at Manchesters Hard Rock Café.

Her 2004 studio release Honestly Evil is an eclectic mix of songs from her already extensive catalogue of compositions. Her work on the album spanned a year and a half and was recorded at The Zoo Studios, Nuneaton, UK. April was involved in every aspect of this record, including its producing and funding.
