A tiny market town on the very edges of England and Wales well known for being 'in the middle of nowhere' may seem an unlikely place to find a thriving music scene, but Bishop's Castle is a very unusual town. A town which goes its own way and makes its own rules. We are the allskas from BC. BC allskas is a band dreamed up as an antidote to pub rock. A band with ideals which anyone is encouraged to join, a band with women in it and young and old-ish people too. BC allskas play their own homegrown borders ska, reggae and swing originals with some well loved covers by the likes of Toots, Sam Cooke, the Skatalites and Spearhead thrown in.
