Welcome to the new look Surge Music web site, your one stop shop to what's happening on the music circuit in the Midlands. The gig listings and many of the reviews are courtesy of Ryan's Gig Guide, so big thanks to Shaun for making it possible.
As you browse the site you'll find that not only can you see everything that's happening today, tomorrow etc, but by clicking on a venue link you can get the month's listings for that venue. Similarly, by clicking on an artist link, you can see the forthcoming gigs for that artist. So now you've got no excuse for not getting out there and having a good time!
Every gig by every artist at every venue in the Midlands - that's our aim, which means that if you have a venue or a band with gigs coming up and you don't currently send them to Ryan's, we need you to tell us! Email us here with your gig details and we'll list them FREE!
Although we do try very hard to be accurate in the listings, mistakes are bound to happen! Are we not men? Do we not bleed? (Enough misquotes - Ed.) Errrrm sorry. The moral is, check with the venue before travelling - we've made it easy!
Every artist that plays in the Midlands gets a listing that includes a short biog., link to official web site, genre categories, reviews etc. If your band is listed and you can give us more info or corrections, let us know.
